Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Pastry Sous Chef to join our pre-opening team at SLS Barcelona. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for supporting our all-day dining business, offering breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and other dining experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Support the Executive Pastry Chef in leading the Pastry kitchen and ensuring the highest standards of quality and creativity.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement new pastry products and menus.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict food hygiene standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, interacting with guests and ensuring their dining experience is memorable.

**Requirements**

- 1-2 years of experience as a Pastry Sous Chef in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel/restaurant.
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- Passion for pastry and a willingness to continue learning and growing.
