Job Title: Executive Pastry Chef

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Pastry Chef to join our pre-opening team at SLS Barcelona. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the Pastry & Bakery department and collaborating with the Food and Beverage team to achieve marketing and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and direct all aspects of the Pastry & Bakery department operation
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage team and stakeholders to achieve marketing and business goals
  • Develop and implement creative and innovative pastry concepts
  • Lead a team of pastry chefs and provide guidance and support
  • Ensure high-quality food products and exceptional customer service
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an Executive Pastry Chef or Pastry Sous Chef in a high-end hotel or restaurant
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients
