Job Title: Assistant Director of Sales Leisure

Accor is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Director of Sales Leisure to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and executing sales strategies tailored to the leisure segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow the leisure segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including GSO network and leisure partners.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales to explore new markets and prepare compelling proposals.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to recommend tactics and maintain our competitive edge.
  • Drive leisure sales through various channels, including wholesalers, retailers, and consortia.
  • Represent the resort at trade shows, exhibitions, and sales calls.
  • Contribute to the development of sales action plans, sales meetings, and special packages.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of administrative reports, such as sales call schedules and month-end reports.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of the Regional luxury market.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in leisure sales within a luxury hotel or resort is required.
  • Fluent proficiency in both Spanish and English.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience with Opera preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with a supportive attitude.
  • Accounting knowledge and analytical capabilities.
  • Highly organized, results-oriented, and guest-service-focused.
