Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share in the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including restaurant owners, bar managers, and other decision-makers
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and promotions
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the beverage industry, preferably in a sales or commercial role
  • Strong knowledge of the HORECA and specialist food retail channels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Fluency in Spanish and basic English skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results
