Are you passionate about Enterprise Cloud Technology and driving business growth? We seek a motivated Sales Development Representative to play a pivotal role in generating pipeline through connecting with prospects and working closely with field sales. Your goal is to identify and nurture new business opportunities, schedule first-call meetings, and provide ongoing feedback to improve targeting and lead quality.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Inside Sales team as a fully hybrid model. You will work from our Barcelona office and remotely, staying connected with the team through regular meetings, 1-1s, and daily Slack chats.

Your Responsibilities
  • Identify potential new business opportunities through inbound and outbound initiatives.
  • Schedule first-call meetings with prospects for field sales reps.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns to ensure timely responses.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to marketing teams to improve targeting and lead quality.

You will maintain a high level of daily activity through calls, connections, emails, and prospecting tools to uncover relevant targets. Working cross-functionally with field sales, channel, and marketing teams, you will deliver meetings and qualified opportunities while building new target account lists.
