Senior Partner Sales Director

Amazon Web Services is seeking a Senior Partner Sales Director to drive revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers.

As a key member of the Enterprise Sales organization, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and execute a strategic partner sales plan for Enterprise, driving top line revenue growth and end customer adoption through partner engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a deep understanding of the partner community in EMEA and advising customers and commercial sales teams on the value of partners.
  • Expanding existing AWS footprint and driving new customer engagements with partners to grow overall revenue with a focus on business outcomes.
  • Working closely with Partner Solution Architects to ensure partners deliver quality results and Partner Development Managers to engage partners in the local market.

Requirements include:

  • Strong experience in end-customer sales in the cloud business or software industry.
  • Successful track record with consulting or technology partners through account management, program management, and business development.
  • Experience engaging and influencing senior executives and excellent familiarity with Enterprise customer decision-making processes.
