About the Role

The Client Success team at Gartner is driven by a Client for Life Philosophy. As a Strategic Client Liaison, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every client receives value far exceeding their investment. Your key responsibility will be to understand and surface client business priorities, breakdown challenges, and identify effective ways to support clients in making informed decisions for their businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients ranging from senior C-levels to junior client professionals in various departments to ensure they are successful in utilizing Gartner services
  • Deliver value to decision-makers and drive Gartner growth by working as part of a service team, responsibilities include introducing Gartner services, account management, and connecting clients with the Gartner expert community
  • Identify client priorities and align Gartner resources to provide best-in-class service that enables clients to achieve their objectives and maximize return on investment

What You Will Need

A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with 0-2 years of relevant professional and/or internship experience. A proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delighting clients is essential. Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills are also required. Ability to use Spanish and English (Reading, Writing, and Speaking) at a Business or Native level is necessary.
