**Job Summary**

We seek an experienced Medical Science Liaison Senior Manager to lead our affiliate MSL team. This role requires strategic thinking, scientific expertise, and collaboration with regional and divisional teams.

**Key Responsibilities**

The ideal candidate will:

  • Understand the broader business strategy and provide scientific support for compliant delivery aligned with the medical plan.
  • Contribute to the development of the brand and medical plan through insights and expertise.
  • Work effectively in a collaborative manner with sales, marketing, market access, HEOR, clinical development, and other relevant teams.
  • Decide on team resourcing and working practices across relevant therapy areas.
  • Leverage digital channels to engage with external stakeholders and maximize customer experience.

**How You'll Spend Your Day**

Reporting to the Cluster Medical Head/Medical Affairs Director, you will manage people by driving excellence and strategy across the MSL team, overseeing field activities, and providing continuous reports to management and business partners.

You will develop, coach, and motivate the MSLs, ensuring consistency and delivery of induction, training, and ongoing coaching of new staff.

The salary range for this position is approximately **€120,000 - €150,000 per year**, depending on location and experience.
