Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement retention marketing strategies to drive customer loyalty and engagement.
- Analyse data from retention marketing campaigns and provide performance insights to inform future strategies.
- Plan, manage, and negotiate multiple digital campaigns with third-party vendors.
- Support the eCommerce Team in strategic planning and budget decisions.
- Design and execute campaigns with tailored messaging to customers or clients based on their lifecycle stage and engagement level.
- Develop creative briefs and assign tasks to designers and copywriters to create high-quality, effective creative assets.
- Assist and advise on personalized targeting and content when required.
- Lead and analyse A/B testing to optimize engagement.
- Monitor competitor campaigns to inform and shape the client's future strategy and tactics.
- 5+ years of experience in a CRM role, with a proven track record of developing and implementing loyalty/CRM strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics.
- Proactive, self-starter, and a team player, with excellent collaboration skills.
- Deep understanding of customer behavior and value drivers in retention models.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and process-oriented approach.
- Strong Excel skills to interpret data insights and report back to the business.
