About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Crm Manager to join our team at Sin nombre. As a key member of our Performance team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing retention marketing tactics to deliver increased purchase frequency and value to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement retention marketing strategies to drive customer loyalty and engagement.
  2. Analyse data from retention marketing campaigns and provide performance insights to inform future strategies.
  3. Plan, manage, and negotiate multiple digital campaigns with third-party vendors.
  4. Support the eCommerce Team in strategic planning and budget decisions.
  5. Design and execute campaigns with tailored messaging to customers or clients based on their lifecycle stage and engagement level.
  6. Develop creative briefs and assign tasks to designers and copywriters to create high-quality, effective creative assets.
  7. Assist and advise on personalized targeting and content when required.
  8. Lead and analyse A/B testing to optimize engagement.
  9. Monitor competitor campaigns to inform and shape the client's future strategy and tactics.
Requirements
  1. 5+ years of experience in a CRM role, with a proven track record of developing and implementing loyalty/CRM strategies.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  3. Strong proficiency in Google Analytics.
  4. Proactive, self-starter, and a team player, with excellent collaboration skills.
  5. Deep understanding of customer behavior and value drivers in retention models.
  6. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and process-oriented approach.
  7. Strong Excel skills to interpret data insights and report back to the business.
