Estamos buscando a un/a Especialista en Revenue Management para nuestro equipo en Madrid. El objetivo principal es impulsar las ventas en el hotel situado en la capital.
Descripción del Puesto:El/a candidato/a seleccionado/a deberá desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de Revenue Management con el fin de aumentar los ingresos y mejorar la eficiencia en nuestros canales de distribución. Entre las principales funciones se encuentran:
- Desarrollo y ejecución de estrategias de Revenue Management, enfocadas en optimizar segmentos digitales, OTAs y canal directo.
- Análisis de datos y tendencias del mercado para entender la dinámica y monitorear precios de la competencia.
- Gestión de inventario y optimización de precios efectivos para todos los flujos de ingresos y segmentos del mercado.
- Adecuación y garantía de optimización de nuevos sistemas y herramientas para maximizar los ingresos.
Se requiere colaboración interdepartamental, análisis y forecasting, configuración y control de plataformas de conectividad desde nuestro PMS hasta diferentes canales.
Detalles Laborales:Se ofrece un salario estimado de entre 30.000 y 40.000 euros anuales, dependiendo de la experiencia y perfil del candidato. La jornada laboral es completa y estamos dispuestos a considerar contrataciones sin distinción de sexo.
