Revenue Management Director

Empresa Reconocida is a leading leisure park operator with 50 years of experience, owning and operating over 60 parks across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Australia. We are currently seeking a talented individual to fill the following role:
Job Description:- Develop and implement innovative pricing strategies for various markets and channels to maximize revenue.
- Execute the revenue management (RM) strategy to achieve business objectives in the region.
- Attend weekly revenue meetings with key Marketing Directors to review strategies and contribute to decision-making.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or STEM field.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish, effective communication skills.
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, R, Power BI.
Experience:
- At least 4-5 years of experience in pricing and/or revenue management, or related fields.
- Previous experience in market research techniques and data collection methods.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
