Sales Representative Diabetes Andalusia

About the Role
As a Sales Representative for Medtronic's Diabetes business in Andalusia, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our innovative solutions to healthcare professionals and customers. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including physicians, clinicians, and health service stakeholders, to drive sales growth and meet or exceed financial targets.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Medtronic's Diabetes products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts.
- Develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders, including physicians, clinicians, and health service stakeholders.
- Pursue leads, assess needs, and provide product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's Diabetes products and/or services.
- Work collaboratively with Technical Sales Specialists, Inside Sales, and Marketing Team to ensure high-level training, education, and technical support to customers.
- Conduct market research, including customer and competitor activities.
- Implement market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
- Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Life-science, Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or another relevant degree.
- At least 2 to 5 years of selling experience in the medical device industry.
- Knowledge of the Medical Industry competitive marketplace.
- Fluent English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
- Computer literacy and Sales Force competencies.
- Self-motivated and able to work with a minimum of supervision.
- Team oriented.
- Full clean driver license.
