Medical Sales Professional Diabetes Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Sales Professional to join our team as a Diabetes Expert. This role will involve promoting and selling Medtronic's innovative diabetes products and services within an assigned geographic area.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders, including physicians, clinicians, specialists, and other non-clinical buyers. They will also be expected to pursue leads, assess needs, and provide product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's diabetes products and/or services.
Main Responsibilities- Promote and sell Medtronic's diabetes products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts.
- Develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders.
- Pursue leads, assess needs, and provide product services to maximize benefits.
- Work collaboratively with Technical Sales Specialists, Inside Sales, and Marketing Team to ensure high-level training, education, and technical support to customers when required.
- Conduct market research, including customers and competitor activities.
- Implement market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree in Life-science, Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or another relevant degree.
- At least 2-5 years of selling experience in the medical device industry.
- Knowledge of the Medical Industry competitive marketplace.
- Fluent English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
- Computer literacy and Sales Force competencies.
- Self-motivated and able to work with a minimum of supervision.
- Team-oriented.
- Full clean driver's license.
The estimated salary for this role is approximately $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
