Be the Face of Holidu in Central and Northern Spain

Holidu is revolutionizing the travel industry, and we're looking for a talented Account Manager to join our team in Central and Northern Spain. As the main contact person for our vacation rental owners, you'll be responsible for advising them on how to use our platform and ensuring a seamless onboarding process.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the going live of our vacation rentals and provide exceptional customer service
  • Build strong relationships with our key customers and support them in increasing revenues
  • Improve the performance of your accounts by analyzing data and developing a solution-oriented strategy
  • Organize lead-generating and networking events to build a community of vacation rental owners
What We're Looking For:
  • Relevant job experience in account management, tourism, or customer-oriented roles
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to remain friendly and calm in all situations
  • Near-native Spanish skills and fluent English
  • A customer-centric, problem-solving attitude
  • Excitement about new technologies and the travel industry
