About the Role

You will be working with an AI-driven security solution that aims to protect IoT devices, products, and data. Your team's mission is to ensure customer success through the successful renewal of BlackBerry's next-generation software services. Your primary focus will be to run sales cycles with existing clients from management to C-Level, consistently and predictably ensuring contract renewals. This is a DACH-based quota-closing role with a focus on Germany, Austria, and Switzerland markets, ranging from SMB to Enterprise market customers.

Key Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

  • Run the sales process and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure renewals of subscription-based contracts
  • Act as a resource by providing exceptional customer service through answering questions and resolving subscription issues
  • Consistently utilize Salesforce CRM tools to track and manage activity, forecast business, and process orders
  • Ensure that customers derive maximum value from their investment in BlackBerry, utilize all their licenses, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment and increased footprint.
Requirements

Who are you:

  • First language: German + Excellent proficiency in English.
  • Min 6 months+ of proven B2B sales experience
  • Ability to work on a hybrid model from our Barcelona office.
  • Ideal candidates should be eager to advance in our organization by demonstrating their ability to be tenacious self-starters daily.
