About the Opportunity

At Tillster, we're committed to empowering restaurants and consumers globally. As a Customer Support Specialist in our Madrid office, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional technical support to our customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective technical support for our Self-Service kiosk, mobile application, and online products.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues for internal and external customers, identifying root causes and resolving problems efficiently.
  • Document all product-related incidents accurately using Salesforce CRM and collaborate with cross-functional teams to expedite resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and contribute to building a comprehensive Knowledge Base.
Requirements
  • 2-3+ years' experience providing technical support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical skills, particularly with Microsoft Windows Platform, Microsoft Office, and network communication.
  • Excellent verbal and written English and Spanish language skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks effectively.
