Corporate Sales Executive for Meetings and Events

About the RoleAs a Corporate Sales Executive for Meetings and Events at Club Med, you will play a key role in developing corporate sales and promoting our all-inclusive resorts as premier destinations for travel agencies and Meetings & Events collaborators.
Key Responsibilities:- Support B2B and MICE Business Management
- Provide information and onboarding new clients in the corporate and MICE segments
- Manage Key Travel Agencies accounts to ensure partner satisfaction and continued growth
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts for individual and group sales
- Data entry of enquiries, sales leads, opportunities, and account into Salesforce
- Prepare group information files for upcoming departures
- Follow up on pre-stay, stay, and post-stay of most important Travel Agencies and groups
- Product Presentations, Trainings, and Events
- Train and incentivize the usage of Club Med Travel Agency booking platform
- Promote Club Med's resorts and services as key destinations for meetings, incentives, conferences, and events
- Coordinate and participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking meetings to increase brand awareness of Club Med
- Conduct sales presentations and organize resort site visits for prospective clients
- Contract Management and Negotiations
- Prepare commercial proposals and secure profitable agreements
- Manage contract, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful event and incentive program delivery
- 5 years of experience in the Travel Industry or MICE sector
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field
- Customer-Oriented: Proactive focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively as a team with various departments to achieve common goals
- Effective Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver professional presentations at all levels
- Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
- MICE Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with key players, events, and trends within the Meeting & Events industry is a plus
- Tech: Experience with Salesforce is a plus, as well as presentation and data analysis tools (Power BI)
- Languages: Proficiency in English and Spanish is a must. Additional languages are a plus
- Travel: Availability to travel nationally and internationally for client meetings, destination visits, fam trips, Club Med events, site inspections
$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
