The Role

We're seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative based in Spain to contribute to our sales and marketing strategy. As a key member of our team, you'll target Iberian account decision-makers to achieve revenue goals, leveraging strong sales and negotiation skills.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Perform B2B mapping, cold calling, and outreach on named accounts in Iberia, tracking personal sales activities in CRM.
  2. Conduct detailed customer persona research before initial contact, organizing product demos for Field Sales with qualified prospects.
  3. Proactively initiate communication, build rapport, and maintain active engagement with prospects, guiding them through the qualification process.
  4. Cultivate offline and online events, distributing content from the M&A Community, collecting information and feedback on prospects.

Salary

Ranging between €45,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
