Customer Service Representative with Multilingual Skills

At Talent Search People, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our international recruitment and human resources consultancy, you will be responsible for managing all types of sales orders, handling returns and issuing credit notes, and providing technical and product-related support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage sales orders, including product availability, alternative finding, and initiating or multi-tint productions.
- Handle returns and issue credit notes in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide technical and product-related support to clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Act as an ambassador for our e-commerce platforms and digital ordering tools, providing support and onboarding services.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance in all transactions, adhering to policies and procedures.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and other offices around the world.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in customer service, preferably in an international environment.
- Familiarity with standard operating procedures, SLAs, and KPIs.
- Understanding of the life cycle of a purchase order, from start to finish.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably Microsoft.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Knowledge of the paint sector is valuable but not required.
- Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to communicate in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
