Job Description

C.H. Robinson, one of the world's largest logistics platforms, is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive in Valencia to leverage its global forwarding capabilities.

This senior sales position involves generating new business opportunities, fostering customer relationships, and promoting C.H. Robinson's products and services in accordance with organizational sales policies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, account management, or sales, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, along with excellent persuasion and communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure ongoing success and growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.
  • Develop tailored solutions to meet customer needs, leveraging C.H. Robinson's logistics services and expertise.
  • Manage conflict and navigate difficult conversations with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver proposals and presentations that win business.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of operations experience from a freight forwarder.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in account management or sales.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory, minimum 3-4 days per week.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Strong ability to persuade, motivate, and influence others.
