International Sales Professional

Are you looking for a sales role in a sustainable and people-centric international company leader in the chemical sector? We're seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for executing agreed sales and profitability targets established by the business within your assigned sales area.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customers in a designated area to execute the sales plan and deliver budgeted KPIs.
- Present value propositions in a suitable and successful way aligned with customer prioritization from the Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) program.
- Screen customer base for new opportunities, generate leads, and maintain pipeline within CRM.
- Apply internal company rules connected with pricing and liability control by raising and filing respective approvals.
Key Accountabilities
- Proactively inform upper management about the required sales support level (including marketing, technical, logistics, and control) and cooperate in and coordinate the implementation of the defined activity.
- Systematically update CRM with valid, accurate, and complete customer-related information.
- Have expert knowledge of the features and benefits of available products/services.
Requirements
- Familiarize oneself with all applicable corporate as well as site policies/procedures regarding personal conduct/HSE standards and act in compliance with all regulations.
- Create and execute Account/Customer plans aligned with national plans to promote added value.
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum
