About the Opportunity

FICO, a leading global analytics software company, is seeking a talented individual to join our Global Platform Software Sales Team in EMEA. As a member of this team, you will represent FICO's flagship software offering, the FICO Platform, as a Solution Sales Executive (SSE). The SSE will partner with Key Account Managers and Technical & Industry Pre-Sales teams to drive the adoption and growth of the FICO Platform.

The SSE will be responsible for driving initial adoption and growth of the Platform by educating and inspiring customers about the enormous opportunity to empower business users to leverage the FICO Platform as the 'brain and central nervous system' for the creation and iteration of customer journeys that involve data, analytics, and strategy design and execution across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Work with existing and new customers to understand their key initiatives in Consumer Lending and Retail Banking across Marketing, Originations, Customer Management, Personalization, Collections, and Fraud.
  2. Share expertise and thought leadership in Decisioning, Analytics, and Optimization within Financial Services to help clients leapfrog the competition leveraging FICO's cutting-edge Platform.
  3. Build relationships with senior client stakeholders in Business and Technology to gain insights into their most urgent decision management-related problems while articulating FICO's platform capabilities.
  4. Research and shape potential solution opportunities through collaborative engagement with internal Key Account Managers, Pre-Sales Domain Experts, and Pre-Sales Architects to formulate and effectively position solution proposals.
  5. Ensure clients are delighted with solutions purchased to create win-win relationships that are long-term, expanding, and profitable.
  6. Collaborate across internal FICO teams, including Global Solution Architecture, Product Development, Finance, and Professional Services, to shape a cohesive sales effort that educates customers on the tremendous business value the FICO Platform delivers.
  7. Work with the largest and most advanced Financial Institutions as well as a core set of leaders in other sectors.
  8. Manage sales to quarterly and annual targets, with significant earnings upside when targets are exceeded.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree and/or experience developed in work environments.
  2. Strong track record building relationships and a knack for understanding the client's industry and business/technology challenges.
