Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of 12 revenue operations professionals. This individual will play a pivotal role in establishing best practices, driving strategic decision-making, and maximizing revenue across all channels. Key responsibilities include developing strategies to optimize revenue generation, designing scalable processes to streamline operations, and working closely with finance and executive teams to forecast revenue and analyze sales pipeline.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations or sales operations, preferably at SMB SaaS companies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Deep understanding of sales and marketing processes, including lead generation, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
