We are seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to join the pre-opening team at SLS Barcelona.

SLS Barcelona, a five-star urban resort, offers extraordinary experiences in Barcelona's waterfront district. With 471 guestrooms and exclusive amenities, this hotel sets the stage for exceptional stays.

The ideal candidate will maximize hotel room revenue through effective pricing, rate parity distribution, and inventory management. Additionally, they will ensure the smooth operation of the Revenue & Reservations Department.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze competitive sets, price positioning, and future market needs.
  • Support and execute market-wide strategy and promotion implementation.
  • Ongoing Revenue System health-checks and optimization.
  • Maintain rate parity across all distribution channels.
  • Monitor daily online pricing and sales strategies.
  • Stay updated on market and competitor developments.
  • Ensure seamless communication with other departments.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field.
  • +2 years of experience in Revenue & Reservations.
  • Experience with booking systems, revenue management systems, GDS, OTA extranets, and channel managers.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and possess high attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
