Senior Sales Executive

C.H. Robinson, a leading logistics platform, is seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Valencia. With a strong background in global forwarding, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer interactions, including fostering relationships and closing deals
  • Utilize CRM to identify and track prospects, driving core and strategic customer opportunities
  • Visit customers and potential clients within assigned territory, 3-4 days per week
  • Effectively execute sales activities to meet or exceed daily, monthly, or annual expectations
  • Contribute to the regional team by sharing opinions, ideas, and best practices to support sales team success
  • Remain engaged with customers to maintain relationships and ensure ongoing account success
  • Coordinate quotes with Sales Coordinators and facilitate the transition of new customers to Account Executives/Account Managers
  • Build and deliver proposals, tailoring each presentation to the customer's needs
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of operations experience from a freight forwarder
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in account management or sales
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory, 3-4 days per week
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Strong ability to persuade, motivate, and influence others
  • Self-driven, results-oriented individual with a 'hunter' mentality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
