Commercial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Operations Intern to join our team at Kantox. As a Commercial Operations Intern, you will play a key role in driving our sales and channel partner initiatives, ensuring seamless communication with various stakeholders, and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Setup and Follow-up of Sales Initiatives: Responsible for setting up and following up on relevant sales and channel partner initiatives and processes.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Support in coordinating and communicating with various sales stakeholders and other departments.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Support other stakeholders in analyzing and updating data points and KPIs to identify trends, areas of opportunity, and/or potential issues.
- Database Management: Input information and update in-house databases to ensure the quality and consistency of our data.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation for internal processes and/or stakeholder meetings, as well as follow-ups on data points with channel partners.
- Project Implementation: Assist in the implementation of new initiatives and projects within the sales operations team.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for project planning and execution, and help in documenting processes and tracking project progress.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement efforts within the sales operations function.
- Collaboration and Communication: Able to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently, and have high-level attention to detail.
- Adaptability: Able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Organizational Skills: Have strong organizational skills to successfully manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Able to communicate in a clear and structured manner.
- Technical Skills: Excel/Google Sheets basic knowledge; Google Slides and Google Sites is a plus.
- Experience: Some experience of data maintenance and data entry in CRM, information management systems, databases, or similar is a plus.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (French, Spanish, or German are a plus).
- Internship Agreement: Ability to sign an internship agreement with your university for at least 6 months.
