About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Team Assistant Coordinator to join our team at F. Hoffmann-La Roche Gruppe. As a key member of our commercial team, you will provide administrative support to our Commercial Chapter, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of various tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Learning Expert
    • Develop and maintain training matrices, ensuring compliance with company standards.
    • Coordinate and deliver mQMS courses and Cornerstone training programs.
  • Coordination and Administrative Support
    • Manage agendas, travel arrangements, and tracking for Network Leads.
    • Provide administrative support for company resources, including equipment maintenance and contract management.
  • Research and Issue Resolution
    • Research and prioritize incoming issues for the Commercial Chapter organization.
    • Update information and internal processes to ensure efficient operations.
  • Project Management
    • Manage ad-hoc projects, customer contracts, and support for Commercial Service on equipment maintenance contracts.
    • Coordinate digital file structure and maintenance, monitoring of the automatic alarm system, and consultation with Customer Services on contractual status.
  • Event Planning and Coordination
    • Organize internal and external meetings and events, including logistics, room setup, transfers, and catering.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding
    • Manage and follow up on new hires and departures of commercial team members.
    • Ensure a smooth induction and departure process, including provision of equipment, time chef, mailing groups, printers, business cards, and mQMS training matrix.
  • Budget Management
    • Control the commercial chapter budget and training sponsorship.
    • Work on corrective actions for potential slippages.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Language Skills
    • Excellent command of English and Spanish.
    • Knowledge and command of other languages will be positively valued.
  • Professional Experience
    • Professional experience and similar duties.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Availability to travel for specific events (
