We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Team Assistant Coordinator to join our team in Sant Cugat del Vallès, Barcelona province.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Learning Expert: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of our commercial team, focusing on topics such as sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry trends.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our Network Leads, including agenda management, travel arrangements, and tracking of company resources.
- Project Management: Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues related to the commercial chapter organization, including maintenance and updates of information and internal processes.
- Event Planning: Organize internal and external meetings and events, including logistics, catering, and transfers.
- Financial Management: Manage and follow up on the commercial chapter budget, including training sponsorship and corrective actions for potential slippages.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Language Skills: Excellent command of English and Spanish.
- Professional Experience: Previous experience in similar duties, preferably in a commercial or administrative role.
- Travel Requirements: Availability to travel for specific events.
