The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Team Assistant Coordinator to support our Commercial Chapter through various administrative and coordination tasks. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  1. Commercial Learning Expert
  • Develop and maintain training matrices, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Coordinate and deliver mQMS courses and Cornerstone training programs.
Coordination and Administrative Support
  • Provide agenda management and travel coordination services for Network Leads.
  • Track and validate company resources, ensuring efficient use and allocation.
Research and Issue Resolution
  • Research and prioritize incoming issues for the Commercial Chapter organization.
  • Maintain and update information and internal processes to ensure seamless operations.
Project Management and Customer Support
  • Manage ad-hoc projects, customer contracts, and equipment maintenance contracts.
  • Support Commercial Service in maintaining customer relationships and resolving issues.
Event Planning and Coordination
  • Organize internal and external meetings and events, ensuring seamless logistics and execution.
Team Management and Budget Control
  • Manage new hires and departures of commercial team members, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Control the commercial chapter budget and training sponsorship, identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Professional experience in similar duties, with a strong understanding of commercial operations and coordination.
  • Availability to travel for specific events and meetings.
