The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Commercial Team Assistant Coordinator to support our Commercial Chapter through various administrative and coordination tasks. This role will focus on providing exceptional support to our leaders and ensuring seamless cross-functional coordination between teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial Learning Expert: Develop and maintain training matrices, manage mQMS courses, and ensure compliance with Cornerstone training programs.
  • Administrative Support: Provide coordination and administrative support to Network Leads, including agenda management, travel arrangements, and resource tracking.
  • Issue Resolution: Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues affecting the Commercial Chapter organization, ensuring timely updates and process maintenance.
  • Project Management: Manage ad-hoc projects, customer contracts, and support Commercial Service on equipment maintenance contracts.
  • Event Planning: Organize internal and external meetings and events, including logistics, room setup, transfers, and catering.
  • Team Management: Manage new hires and departures of commercial team members, ensuring a smooth transition and onboarding process.
  • Budget Management: Control the commercial chapter budget, track training sponsorship, and implement corrective actions for potential slippages.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Language Skills: Excellent command of English and Spanish
  • Professional Experience: Relevant experience in similar duties
  • Travel Requirements: Availability to travel for specific events
