The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Team Assistant Coordinator to support our Commercial Chapter. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative and coordination support to our leaders and ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration between teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial Learning Expert: Develop and maintain training matrices, manage mQMS courses, and ensure compliance with Cornerstone requirements.
  • Coordination and Administrative Support: Assist Network Leads with agenda management, travel arrangements, tracking, and validation, as well as control company resources.
  • Issue Resolution and Project Management: Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues, maintaining and updating information and internal processes.
  • Ad-Hoc Projects and Customer Contracts: Manage projects, customer contracts, and support Commercial Service on equipment maintenance contracts.
  • Meeting and Event Coordination: Organize internal and external meetings and events, including logistics, room setup, transfers, and catering.
  • New Hire and Departure Management: Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for commercial team members, including equipment provision, time chef, mailing groups, printers, business cards, and mQMS training matrix.
  • Budget Management and Training Sponsorship: Control the commercial chapter budget and training sponsorship, and work on corrective actions for potential slippages.
