About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Team Assistant Coordinator to join our team at F. Hoffmann-La Roche Gruppe. As a key member of our commercial team, you will provide administrative support to our Commercial Chapter, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of various tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial Learning Expert: Develop and maintain training matrices, manage mQMS courses, and ensure compliance with Cornerstone requirements.
  • Administrative Support: Provide agenda management, travel coordination, and tracking services for Network Leads, as well as maintain company resources and ensure efficient use of time.
  • Issue Resolution: Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues for the Commercial Chapter organization, ensuring timely resolution and maintenance of internal processes.
  • Project Management: Manage ad-hoc projects, customer contracts, and support Commercial Service on equipment maintenance contracts, including digital file structure and maintenance, automatic alarm system monitoring, and consultation with Customer Services.
  • Event Coordination: Organize internal and external meetings and events, including logistics, room setup, transfers, and catering.
  • New Hire and Departure Management: Manage the induction and departure process for commercial team members, ensuring seamless transition and operability.
  • Budget Control: Monitor and control the commercial chapter budget, ensuring timely corrective actions for potential slippages.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Language Skills: Excellent command of English and Spanish, with knowledge of other languages a plus
  • Experience: Professional experience in similar duties, with a strong service focus and ability to work independently
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and administration skills, with close attention to detail and ability to prioritize; strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to adapt to change and a challenging environment
