Key Responsibilities- Support the setup and follow-up of relevant sales and channel partner initiatives/processes
- Coordinate and communicate with various sales stakeholders and other departments
- Analyze and update data points and KPIs to identify trends, areas of opportunity, and/or potential issues
- Input information and update in-house databases to ensure the quality and consistency of our data
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation for internal processes and/or stakeholder meetings
- Assist in the implementation of new initiatives and projects within the sales operations team
- Provide administrative support for project planning and execution
- Document processes and track project progress
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Clear and structured communication skills
- Strong organizational skills to successfully manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines

- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets; Google Slides and Google Sites is a plus
- Some experience of data maintenance and data entry in CRM, information management systems, databases, or similar is a plus
- Interest in B2B SaaS and Fintech is a plus
- Previous experience in collaboration with the sales department is highly valuable
- Fluent in English (French, Spanish, or German are a plus)
