About the RoleThis is a technical support position within our Engineering team in Málaga. As a member of this team, you will troubleshoot applications, services, and infrastructure issues reported by end-users.
You will verify and document issues and bugs for accurate tracking and escalation, manage incidents, including communication with stakeholders and coordination with development teams.
What We Offer- Competitive salary: €**40,000-60,000 per year**, depending on experience
