**Job Overview**: We are seeking an experienced Staff Software Engineer - Fintech to join our Málaga Office. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, with 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home.

**Responsibilities**:

  • Elevate our client trading and payments platform as a Principal Engineer, delivering excellence to our global clients alongside dynamic teams in South America and Europe.
  • Craft innovative services and maintain ownership from conception to deployment.
  • Contribute to the long-term technical strategy, offering comprehensive solutions that encompass various areas of the technology stack.

**Requirements**: To succeed in this role, you should be passionate about driving growth in the digital financial space, with strong opinions on the right tool to solve complex problems. You should also be programming language, framework, tool agnostic, yet have a desire to learn by default and be ever curious.
