Sales Engineer for Automotive Industry

About the Role




  • Represent MAHLE at dedicated customers for technical and commercial discussions.
  • Create and maintain a network for information and communication flow.
  • Support project budgets, compare activities and results, and take corrective measures.
  • Pursue new business opportunities by collecting information and generating sales opportunities.
  • Define product requirements and manage product development activities.
  • Establish long-term relationships with customers and strengthen contact networks.
  • Act as Project Manager for PDP-projects with normal complexity.


Requirements




  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven work experience as a Sales Engineer or similar senior engineer role.
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators.
  • Understanding of the bike and automotive industry.
  • English C1 and fluent in Spanish.
  • Negotiation skills qualification.
  • Natural leader of people to drive and deliver sales targets.
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Comfortable with reporting updates.
  • Able to establish collaborative relationships.
  • Availability to travel is needed.
