Ticketing Sales Representative for Spanish Market

We are Eventix, a leading ticketing system provider for organizers to sell tickets easily and quickly. Our top priorities are automation, innovation, and service. We work with Dekmantel, Paaspop, and many large clubs in the Netherlands, as well as Belgium, Spain, Germany, France, UK, and Turkey.
Sales Account Executive Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our sales team in Spain. As a primary point of contact for customers, you will drive sales and build relationships with new clients. You will work closely with customers to understand their ticketing needs and challenges, and demonstrate how Eventix's solutions can meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential customers, and work to build a sales pipeline from the initial demo stage to final onboarding;
- Negotiate and close contracts, using tools such as Pandadoc to streamline the process;
- Work with customers to ensure a smooth handover to the customer success team, and log all relevant information in Hubspot;
- Check in with customers regularly, and lead contract renewal negotiations as needed.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of approximately €45,000 per year, plus favorable commission conditions. You will also have the opportunity to develop within a dynamic and motivating environment. Our benefits package includes working remote in and around Spain, attending festivals, and travel opportunities within and outside ES.
Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need proven experience in the event and/or festival industry, as an event organizer or Marketing Manager. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to effectively demo software solutions. You should also have strong negotiation skills and experience closing deals. Fluency in Spanish and English (Business English B1) is required.
