Job Overview

This Commercial Operations Assistant role will play a vital part in driving our continued growth and organizational development. You will be responsible for assisting in daily Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, data maintenance, and security management.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Salesforce team in configuring and maintaining advanced flows, validation rules, email templates, and other process automation.
  • Collaborate with departments to gather requirements and provide Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
  • Assist in data migration, report generation, and dashboard creation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic Salesforce issues for end users.
  • Participate in Salesforce projects, contributing to enhancements and system optimization.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Educational background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive approach to learning and improving.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for effective teamwork.
  • Preferred but not required: Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201).
