Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Operations Coordinator - EU to join our dynamic Logistics & Customer Service team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for managing daily business operations, including warehouse management, deliveries to customers, exports outside Europe, and demand planning. You will also support sales efforts, handle customer inquiries, and maintain accurate records within our ERP system.



About the Role


This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with experience in logistics and commercial roles to take on new challenges and contribute to the growth of our EU operations. As a Commercial Operations Coordinator - EU, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including logistics, quality, and commercial departments, to ensure seamless execution of daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:




  • Taking and confirming customer/purchase orders
  • Maintaining accurate records within our ERP system
  • Coordinating shipments and deliveries to customers
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Assisting with lead qualification and data entry
  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution


Requirements


To succeed in this role, you will need:




  • Familiarity with logistics and commercial operations, preferably in a similar supporting role
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Fluency in English and Italian, both written and verbal
  • Experience working with ERP systems and MS Office applications
  • A results-oriented mindset and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills


What We Offer


In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of €45,000 - €55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:
