David Kennedy Recruitment is proud to collaborate with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company in their search for a skilled Dutch-speaking Senior Customer Support Specialist for their office in Barcelona, Spain.
Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to handle incoming inquiries via various channels, ensuring timely responses and resolutions within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA). The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Dutch, as well as proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
Key Responsibilities:- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or automated alerts
- Address user needs efficiently and effectively
- Record call details in the call management system
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of services and products
- Escalate potential service issues to senior team members, as needed
- Adhere to project processes and procedures
The successful candidate will possess:
- Native or fluent proficiency in Dutch, both verbally and in writing
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
- A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Familiarity with or experience driving electric vehicles is preferred
- Competency in IT platforms, equipment, and applications, including Windows, MS Office, and internet configuration
- Strong aptitude for working in a customer service environment
- Excellent customer care skills
We offer an excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills, and performance. Our working schedule is Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM. You will be part of a dynamic and creative team with a positive and friendly atmosphere, enjoying 23 working days of paid annual leave, guidance, and tools to reach your full potential.
