Global Sales Leader

We are collaborating with a leading elevator company seeking an experienced European Sales Manager to drive their sales efforts across Europe.
You will be a trailblazer driving their European sales strategy, pioneering innovative approaches to market expansion, and setting new benchmarks for success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the assigned territory.
- Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities through market research and customer outreach.
- Provide technical support and training to customers and internal teams.
- Participate in industry conferences, tradeshows, and other networking events to promote our products.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Document customer feedback and contribute to continuous product and service improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in technical sales.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience within the elevator industry.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; proficiency in additional European languages is advantageous.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective sales strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills with proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Willingness to travel across Europe up to 50% of the time.
