About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team as a Media Sales Manager. This role will be responsible for driving media revenue and profits for the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Media Sales revenue - Digital Display, Branded Content, Sponsorship, Creative Solutions, Programmatic/Data
  • Adapt to new business opportunities, create sales solutions, and present these to market
  • Build, maintain, and manage relationships with Agencies, Trading Desks, independent trading desks, and other demand sources
  • Sell multiple products to clients by finding the right stakeholders for each product, without digressing from a coherent product message and overall strategy
  • Independently build and manage a robust pipeline and accurately forecast new business closure rate and revenue booked
  • Work closely with the Sales Director to consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals
  • Interact with the Account Management team to effectively manage client expectations and ensure successful campaign management
  • Manage presentations, build relationships, and negotiate contracts
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in driving media sales revenue and negotiating at a senior level
  • Experience in sales and business development
  • Demonstrable experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills
  • Experience in structuring and negotiating deals in this space
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Ideally coming from an agency or publisher background
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends, troubleshoot, and make strategic business recommendations
  • Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office products
  • Previous experience in travel, technology, and/or consumer internet
