Global Sales Operations Leader

Software AG is seeking a highly skilled Global Sales Operations Leader to join our ARIS business unit. As a key member of the management team, you will play a pivotal role in aligning our company's strategic objectives with the Sales function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and provide sales reporting to the General Manager, including weekly board meetings, recurring forecast calls, and monthly reviews.
  • Oversee and deliver the top-line submission forecast during the monthly financial reporting, aligning with regional sales leaders and the General Manager.
  • Own the CRM tools from a business perspective, ensuring seamless integration with the compensation framework.
  • Coordinate and own the account planning for individual contributors, providing support to the A&C global teams.
Business Operations:
  • Manage the Deal Desk team responsible for GDD process.
  • Responsible for the Bid Office team providing global support to tenders from the Public and Private sectors.
Compensation and Performance:
  • Participate in the compensation framework definition for individual contributors.
  • Responsible for alignment of the CRM tools with the compensation framework.
  • Evaluate the performance of individual contributors against their targets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Contribute to the budget-setting process under the coordination of FC&A leadership.
  • Work hand-in-hand with FC&A in P&L analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborate with fellow management team members on several projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
  • Experience in the SaaS software industry is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to work in international environments, collaborating with multicultural teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated expertise in project management.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce in a hands-on capacity.
  • Skilled in data analysis and the ability to generate actionable insights, particularly using Excel and PowerBI.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
