Job Description: The Strategic Supplier Connectivity Specialist is responsible for B2B integrations with hospitality services suppliers (chains, bedbanks, platforms, etc) as well as managing their business-as-usual connectivity projects at technical level.

Responsibilities: Proactive supplier and relationship management, serving as an escalation point for issues that impact the supplier success by effectively fielding and working closely with the engineering and commercial teams to resolve cases or proactively identify improvements, optimizing their feeds.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Supplier satisfaction, integration success rate, and overall business growth.
