">Job Description
">We are seeking an experienced Market Growth Specialist to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our seller success team, you will be responsible for driving platform growth by increasing seller sales, extending their product assortment, and optimizing their price competitiveness.
">Your core mission will encompass product growth, offer expansion, and sales enhancement in the platform, with a focus on price competitiveness. You will work closely with our Business Partner Manager to communicate and argue seller integration connections in case of language barriers.
">Key responsibilities include:

- Onboarding new sellers until they go live with their products">
- Optimization calls, coaching sellers with customized strategic business advice to improve sales through product extension, cross-border expansion, and pricing">
- Selling Seller Marketing activities">
- Sales data analysis">
- Collaboration and coordination of cross-functional projects to improve efficiency">
- Training and development (onboarding of new joiners, staying updated on industry trends, best practices, training internal teams on processes, continuous self-improvement, and skill development)">
Required Skills and Qualifications
">To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Bachelor's degree or vocational training">
- Experience in e-commerce, understanding of the marketplace business model">
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI) and ability to interpret and act upon results">
- Strong sales skills (presentation, negotiation, persuasion, relationship building)">
- Clear, precise, professional communication skills">
- Native or high level of English and Italian (other languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, or Dutch are a plus)">
- Understanding of digital marketing, strategic seller/customer development, and innovative product opportunities">
