Cloud Sales Development Manager

The AWS Demand Generation team in Central is expanding and we are looking for a talented Cloud Sales Development Manager to join our EMEA leadership team.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Demand Generation Managers and ICs (DGRs) in their efforts of prospecting for new business and acquiring new customers in a diverse customer base.
You will partner with internal stakeholders to set and deploy an outbound plan to optimize the prospecting efforts and maximize end customer value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Demand Generation Managers and ICs (DGRs) in their efforts of prospecting for new business and acquiring new customers.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to set and deploy an outbound plan to optimize the prospecting efforts and maximize end customer value.
- Represent the EMEA DG org in area-specific forums and align on business priorities.
- Mentor and develop young sales professionals.
- Monitor team performance and create scaling mechanisms.
- Build trust with internal and external stakeholders.
- Deliver the DG organization vision and strategy.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales development and demand generation, with a strong understanding of the cloud technology landscape.
You will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.
Additionally, you will have a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
