Cloud Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Demand Generation Manager to lead our SMB Italy and Iberia regions. As a key member of the Central Leadership Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with business priorities and targets
- Lead a team of Demand Generation Managers and ICs to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Partner with internal stakeholders to set and deploy an outbound plan to optimize prospecting efforts and maximize end customer value
- Mentor and develop young sales professionals to achieve their full potential
- Analyze data and trends to make informed recommendations to senior stakeholders
