">Job Description
">The Customer Experience Advocate plays a pivotal role in providing exceptional quality of customer service. As a passionate advocate, you will interact with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to address questions, resolve issues, and deliver consistent experiences every time. Your goal is to minimize effort and maximize loyalty by working closely with product and service businesses.
You will be part of our Enterprise Customer Experience (ECX) organization, working in a flexible hybrid environment that requires proximity to a Rockwell Automation facility. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse challenges and deliver outstanding outcomes for customers.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Proactively answer questions and resolve issues related to orders and service requests.
- Collaborate with all partners to provide exceptional customer support.
- Product and service issues resolution; handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Maintain clear understanding of goals and ensure they are met or exceeded within the set financial period.
- Represent Supply chain and serve as the voice of the customers in the organization.
- Provide proactive delivery information by Open Orders report following Service level agreement, including the proactive expediting of orders.
- Care for Customer product returns, including new product failures and warranty claims.
- Support Repair/Exchange Requests.
Required Skills and Qualifications
">To succeed in this role, you should have:
">- Experience building relationships with main partners for each assigned customer, both written and in speech, to work in a global intercultural business environment.
- Understanding and problem-solving skills.
- Affinity with Supply Chain and Customer Care.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service environment or supply chain role.
