About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our Sales team at Personio. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your sales skills and business acumen while driving new business and building relationships with potential new customers in the Iberia region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for outbound lead generation
  • Research, identify, and actively approach potential new customers through tailored campaigns, emailing, and cold calling
  • Evaluate prospects' needs and demonstrate the value of Personio for their business
  • Build relationships to establish an engaged dialogue with key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with and learn from an experienced team of Account Executives

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a sales/business development role in a SaaS company
  • Solid understanding of the HR software industry
  • Strong language proficiency in Spanish and English
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive environment with clear targets and goals
