About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Growth Specialist to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our Microsoft Security business unit, you will play a critical role in driving profitable market share growth through business planning execution, pipeline management, and customer enablement and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Business Strategies: Support the development of strategies and ideas to drive business growth in Microsoft Security, leveraging your expertise in security sales and IT industry knowledge.
  2. Pipeline Management: Own the building and maintenance of an accurate and detailed pipeline of deals within our CRM system, ensuring timely and effective execution of business plans.
  3. Reporting and Analysis: Provide weekly reporting to the vendor on sell-out activity, tracking performance of promotional activities, and the deal pipeline, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  4. Customer Enablement and Engagement: Support the execution of business plans as required by the business development manager, including marketing plans, and identify training opportunities within customers and internal sales teams.
  5. Product and Technology Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the Microsoft Security product and technology portfolio, including Azure, and communicate product information, pricing, special offers, and promotions to customers and internal sales teams.
Requirements
  1. Security Sales Expertise: Proven knowledge and experience in security sales, with a strong understanding of the IT industry, including channel, vendors, and competition.
  2. Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  3. Technical Skills: Familiarity with SAP R3 and Business Warehouse, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  4. Customer Focus: Excellent telephone sales skills, customer focus, and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
  5. Education: A degree in a business-related subject is desirable, with a strong understanding of business principles and practices.
